<li>Own and deliver the CRM strategy — focused on acquisition, onboarding, retention, and reactivation for our B2B and B2C customers</li><li>Build and optimise customer journeys across email, SMS, in-app and direct mail — using Marketo automation to deliver timely, relevant experiences</li><li>Lead the campaign roadmap and marketing ops processes — ensuring efficiency, quality, and impact</li><li>Collaborate with stakeholders across marketing, data, digital, IT and external agencies to bring campaigns to life</li><li>Use segmentation, insights and performance reporting to constantly evolve what we do — using test-and-learn as second nature</li>

<li>Proven experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing or customer engagement roles (ideally in B2B or retail/trade environments)</li><li>Hands-on experience managing marketing automation platforms — especially Adobe Marketo Engage</li><li>Strong knowledge of segmentation, campaign management, lifecycle programmes and CRM data strategy</li><li>A process mindset — comfortable designing and delivering roadmaps, improving workflows and managing complex projects</li><div><br></div>
