<li><b>System Enhancement &amp; Process Improvement: </b>Drive continuous improvements across finance processes and systems, with a focus on optimising Workday functionality.</li><li><b>Project Delivery &amp; Transformation: </b>Lead the delivery of finance systems projects and support the continued rollout of Workday across global phases.</li><li><b>Collaboration &amp; Stakeholder Engagement: </b>Act as a trusted link between Finance, IT, and third parties to ensure successful outcomes and alignment.</li><li><b>Training &amp; Mentorship: </b>Build user confidence and engagement through regular training, user groups, and clear documentation.</li><li><b>Governance &amp; Support: </b>Ensure robust support and best-practice governance for Finance IT operations and business-as-usual needs.</li>

<li>You’ll bring experience leading product data or PIM teams in a <b>retail, wholesale or complex product environment</b>, ideally with large catalogues.</li><li>Proven experience managing a <b>PIM system</b> (STEP or similar enterprise PIM platforms)</li><li>Strong people leadership experience</li><li>A solid understanding of <b>product classification, attributes, enrichment and data governance</b></li><li>Experience owning end-to-end product data processes, not just maintaining them</li><li>Confidence working with vendors, raising tickets, and challenging how systems are configured and used</li><li>An inquisitive, improvement-driven mindset — you naturally question “can this be done better?”</li><li>You don’t need to be the most technical person in the room, but you do need to be <b>curious, confident, and comfortable influencing change</b>.</li>

As the role evolves you will take further ownership of the strategy, co-ordinating all areas of social value, within the business


<li>In collaboration with internal stakeholders, identify, capture and report on the current social value metrics that reflect CEF’s activities</li><li>In collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, implement the social value strategy, polices and targets with a focus on charities and volunteering</li><li>Own, manage and drive the day-to-day relationship with the national charity partners</li><li>Support the National Accounts &amp; Projects department with tenders, bids and customer presentations to ensure social value requirements are delivered in accordance with customer contractual requirements and industry best practice frameworks</li><li>Develop, implement and manage a, a reporting framework to monitor social value goals, requirements and KPIs</li><li>Produce relevant internal and external briefings and reports on social value outcomes</li><li>Plan and manage meetings with local communities, customer projects and stakeholders when required (some meetings may require out of hours attendance).</li><li>Create compelling case studies and other content to support the wider Communications &amp; Marketing Plan</li><li>Support delivery of the broader SSV Strategy, including data, analytics and reporting requirements</li>
